Design fee per room
This is the service to wow you with the room transformation you’ve been dreaming of. Full service means your space goes from before-to-after with a comprehensive design that results in a fully completed room. The process will be clear, include your input, generate idea boards, provide for revisions and ensure the timeline and investment match what is agreed upon. I work with a team of pros to source and purchase furnishings, and install every final detail for the big reveal day.
Remodeling/Construction General Guidance
Fee based upon scope of project.
If you are considering a major renovation or are building a new home, the decisions can be overwhelming and costly. This package will focus on your vision and guide your decisions and selections to ensure your project stays on track and on budget. This is the hand holding, advice giving, big picture help you may need to complete your renovation or construction project with confidence. This can include space planning for furniture, selecting exterior and interior finishes, and important details like cabinets, tile, plumbing, lighting fixtures and paint colors. This service can have a specific focus or comprehensive from drawings to move-in.
A la Carte
One time session to handle specific need - virtual or on site visit.
You may find that you are need of some small touches, directions on how best to use your space or how to approach a design dilemma on the inside or outside. This onsite guidance provides you with a list of recommendations offered at the time of visit. This would be your chance to choose new paint colors, try a new layout with your existing room or decide what to keep and what to buy next. This a good way to start before heading into full service design or if you want to make changes at your pace. This service is also helpful if you’re getting ready to sell your home and need a fresh set of eyes to review the space.
